Calendar - 2008-2009
October
Our biannual golf outing at The Villages. A beautiful course and always an enjoyable time.
November
On Saturday evening November 15 at 7pm, the Men's Club will host our
annual Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament/Fundraiser. There is a one time
entry fee of $50, with the proceeds to go towards the synagogue. The
player with the most chips at the end of the evening will will win a
small gift and the respect and admiration of your peers. You need not
be a great card player to join, we'll certainly teach you the rules.
The only requirement is that you enjoy an evening out with the guys.
December
Sisterhood and Men’s Club team up for a Chanukah family games night. Light the menorah, spin dreidels with your kids, and enjoy latkes with your Sinai friends over a championship game of Scrabble or Bridge.
January
Laser Tag is just the ticket for those mid-winter blahs, combining the classic games of tag and hide & seek with a high-tech twist. Join us for some exhilarating and immersive fun!
February
Super Bowl Watching Party. Big screen viewing, great noshing, passionate cheering and, of course, the annual half-time backyard scrimmage.
March
Movie Night. We’ll pick a real “Guys” movie and get together for a screening at the shul.
April
Our annual Father/Son/Daughter picnic. Leave Mom at home and bring the kids for some quality time at the park with Dad.
May
More family fun: SJ Giants Game with the kids. Come cheer the home team with your Sinai buddies.
June
We’ll wind up the year with one last Golf game at The Villages.
