Thank you for wanting to give to Congregation Sinai! Donations are an important way for us to meet our financial goals, as they provide more than 30% of the operating budget for Congregation Sinai. Donating your time is also very appreciated and much needed.
Here are some of the ways you can give to Sinai. Click on any section header to get more details.
Donations can be made to show appreciation and to mark various occasions, such as: the birth of a baby, B'nei Mitzvah, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, deaths, yahrzeits, etc. If you have had a recent life event in your family or the families of those you care about, why not memorialize it with a contribution to Congregation Sinai's General Fund or one of our tribute funds?
The Annual Campaign accounts for more than half of the fundraising needs of our community. This is a one-time pledge to Sinai to help fund our ongoing programming, such as religious schools, adult education, youth programming, Torah for Tots and Torah N' Tefillah
Sinai’s Legacy Giving Fund can be used to provide long term gifts as part of your estate plan. Monies from the Legacy Fund can be used to help insure that the building and grounds remain beautiful and well maintained for the future.
Sharing lunch together after Shabbat services is so important to building our sense of community. You can sponsor lunch to acknowledge a simcha, celebrate a birthday or anniversary, to commemorate a yartzeit or another occasion, or just to ensure we have an extra special meal together that week.
Volunteer your time, and you'll make a deep connection to Sinai and other members, while helping our synagogue or helping others.
