Here is Rabbi Matzkin's response: "What many people wear is some comfortable pants and a shirt. Women tend to wear yoga pants that can be layered like tights under a dress or skirt. Some men change pants in the bathroom before/after class from shul pants, and maybe have a shirt under their button down that is easier to move in."
