INGREDIENTS (Be sure to have all ready to go)

3 1/2 c all-purpose flour

1 T baking powder

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

4 t ground cinnamon

1/2 t ground cloves

1/2 t ground ginger

1 c vegetable oil

1 c honey

1 1/2 c dark brown sugar

3 eggs

1 t vanilla extract

1 c warm coffee (or 1 T instant coffee granules in 1 c warm water)

1/2 c fresh orange juice

1/4 c colorless rum

1 c chocolate chips
