Each year between Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur, time is taken to remember those members of our family and community who have died, either recently or in years past.

Temple Emanu-El, and Congregations Beth David, Shir Hadash, and Sinai jointly sponsor these services, which are free and open to the entire community.

There will be two community services:

Oak Hill Memorial Park (Home of Peace Cemetery), 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose at 11:00 am which will be led by Rabbi Dana Magat of Temple Emanu-El and Rabbi Jaymee Alpert of Congregation Beth David.

Los Gatos Memorial Park (Shalom Garden Cemetery), 2255 Los Gatos Almaden Road, San Jose at 3:00 pm which will be led by Cantor Devorah Felder-Levy of Congregation Shir Hadash and Rabbi Joshua Berkenwald of Congregation Sinai.
